SHIPPING & HANDLING

We package all items with extreme care and caution. All items are shipped with as much protection from damage as possible. If for some reason there has been any type of damage while in transport, please return and we will remedy the situation in a timely fashion.

  • If glass is broken, please be take exteme caution when handling.
  • Return it in as close to the "ORIGINAL" state is it arrived.
  • Mark as "DAMAGED" and return as quickly as possible.
  • A new item will be shipped once we received the damaged item.

FRAMING & MATTING

We use the best frames that we can find. Our aluminum section frames are supplied by a trusted maker that I have been using for over 20 years. Our wood frame supplier has a great product as well. We use 100% fully archivable museum quality matting board. If you have any questions regarding framing and matting, please contact us.

  • Be sure that you order the right size image for the intended space.
  • Measure the wall and imagine the image hanging in that space.
  • Take a picture of the space and "paste' in an image from the gallery.
  • If more fitting, think about using multiple images for the space.
